While our new signature chocolate flavored pecans may taste best the first Saturday in May, we made this flavor to pair well with any season.
Our recipe simply contains pecans, water, sugar, cocoa powder, sea salt, pure vanilla extract, and a hint of cayenne pepper. Our goods are slow roasted small batches in copper kettles in the old world Bavarian style. The simple ingredients make them naturally oil-free, vegan friendly, and gluten free.
